AUBERGE SUR LA MONTAGNE - FRED FOXON COACHING COURSE

Fred Foxon is basing one of his ski performance courses at the Auberge from 14-21 January 2012 for the 5th year running.

Fred is a BASI International Grade 1 ski teacher with over 30 years teaching experience and has been running his own courses since 1988.

As well as aiming to develop skiers’ technique, both on-and off-piste, the course focuses on several other factors that are crucial in helping to improve performance and enjoyment:

Awareness of different snow conditions and how to deal with them
Choice of terrain and line
The development of tactical skill
Dealing with anxiety and with challenging terrain.
